At EōS Fitness, the Service Associate is a critical role. Service employees are the first person a member encounters, making us the face of the EōS. We are looking for an energetic person with a passion for fitness to join our growing team. As a Service Desk employee, you must possess great customer service, a high level of professionalism, dependability and have a positive attitude even during the busiest of times. At EōS, we work together as a team, and want those who can contribute and work independently as well. Position Purpose: Be a great host, the members best source of information and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests and staff.
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Accountabilities:
1. Greeting/Farewell all that walk in/out of the front door
2. Phone Power Protocol
3. Cash Protocol
4. Check-Ins, including guest and employee
5. Manage alerted check-ins
6. Monitoring Coolers, Drink/Bar Inventory and Sales
