Job description

Remote Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Job Summary

We're looking for licensed therapists in Tennessee who are ready to bring their expertise into a remote setting. As part of our telehealth team, you'll provide therapy sessions for individuals and families, helping them build resilience and improve emotional health. This is a full-time opportunity with a steady schedule and supportive team environment.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
  • $100,000 - $110,000 annually
  • Full benefits package

Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy through secure video platforms
  • Create and manage personalized treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records
  • Coordinate care with colleagues to strengthen outcomes
  • Continue growing through ongoing training

    • Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work
  • Licensed in Tennessee (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • At least two years of therapy experience
  • Strong communication skills in a remote environment
