Our consultants are seasoned, forward-thinking leaders whose collaborative approach to project execution consistently leads to mitigating project issues and successful project completion. We have worked with a multitude of clients including owners, contractors, and managers across various sectors including public utilities, renewable energy, infrastructure, healthcare, education, manufacturing, multi-family residential, and commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
- Project / program execution : manage all aspects including work plan, schedule, and budget development; ensure quality control of deliverables; analyze and communicate project status, risks, schedule, and costs to all internal and external stakeholders; plan, organize, and communicate project needs to management
- Perform or support project / program management and controls tasks; lead small projects or aspects of large engagements
- Analyze and manage scope, cost, schedule, contracts, resources, changes and risks
- Perform data management and analytics; evaluate, monitor and prepare formal status reports
- Manage change control and project risk processes
- Identify opportunities to improve existing procedures, process and reporting, establish effective quality governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project / program lifecycle
- Respond to management and client requests; Interface with clients, consultants and contractors
- Manage project information flow through regular meetings and written communications
- Manage existing and develop new client relationships, identify potential opportunities for firm growth
Your Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience required (Advanced degree(s), Registration and Certifications are preferred)5+ years of project management related experienceProven track record of leading / managing major capital projectsStrong leadership skills and the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external clients; ability to build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional team membersExceptional analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated record of following through on commitments in a timely and organized mannerAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently, including identification of critical path items to ensure deliverable deadlines are metKnowledge of common project management software including Primavera, SAP, POWER BI and Microsoft Office suite (Excel)Ability to focus on the big picture to effectively and efficiently provide services that meet client needsAs client needs evolve, ability to understand needs and sell additional service offeringsWorking For Us
We’re proud to offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward your expertise and contributions while supporting long-term career growth. For this position, the pay range is $52 to $63 per hour (equivalent to $107,000–$132,000 annually), depending on your experience and qualifications.
Our benefits package is built to take care of you inside and outside of work, starting on day one. You’ll receive a Medical, Dental, and Vision stipend along with a home-office and cell-phone allowance. We provide 2 weeks paid time-off plus 9 paid holidays.
