The FTZ(Foreign Trade Zone) Administrator / Licensed Customs Broker supports the Logistics Business Operations by ensuring that all assigned FTZ entry documents and related filings are processed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with applicable regulatory compliance and company requirements.

Responsibilities :
- Process e214 for FTZ entry, as well as any related filings (weekly entries, 7512s, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer / importers profiles, as well as ensuring accurate records are kept in all areas
- Determine and track duties / taxes payable; process payments on behalf of clients
- Ensure maximum customer service satisfaction through interaction with clients and other company business units; provide timely responses to customer inquiries and status requests
- Notify management of any customer complaints or entry discrepancies and provide suggestions to resolve issues
- Interact with Customs and other government agencies as needed
- Adhere to all CBP regulatory compliance and procedures / productivity standards
- Support other CHB team members with accounts and workload on day-to-day operations
- Assist with the creation of client SOPs
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
Requirements / Qualifications :
5+ years of Logistics, Freight, International Transportation, FTZ and Customs related experienceHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor Degree preferredActive and valid Customs Broker’s License strongly preferredStrong analytical, problem solving and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressureAbility to multi-task to ensure daily FTZ and brokerage operations are successfully completedAbility to create and maintain professional relationships with customersPossess excellent written and verbal communications and analytical skillsPossess strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration and interpersonal skillsDetail orientedKnowledge of US Customs and other Government Agency RequirementsWorking knowledge of Customs ABI programs (NetCHB; EZ-ABI; Cargowise) & ACEProficient in Microsoft Office : especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookFluent in English (oral and written); Bilingual a plus (Spanish)Work Location : 1800 NW 133rd Ave, suite 3100.
