24 Seven is partnering with a well-known company to find a Marketing & PR Coordinator for their team in this remote role. It is a full-time, direct hire position offering excellent benefits, including quarterly and annual bonuses. Candidates should be located near Phoenix, AZ, for monthly meet-ups.
Ideal Candidate : Has 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, with a strong background in digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and website content. Proficient in Salesforce / Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite, PR tools, and knowledgeable in SEO / SEM, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
We seek a dynamic Marketing & PR Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. You will work directly with the Director of Marketing to drive public relations and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Actively pursue media opportunities and build relationships with journalists and outlets.
- Create media materials such as press releases, pitches, bylines, abstracts, award entries, campaign strategies, and briefing documents.
- Develop and refine content for email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and marketing briefs.
- Plan and execute social media strategies, focusing on LinkedIn growth and engagement.
- Manage logistics for events, speaker appearances, and awards from planning to execution.
- Track media coverage, analyze results with key metrics, and update media tracking tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends and media coverage relevant to the organization.
- Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and debriefs.
- Participate in creative brainstorming for future campaigns and projects.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications.
- Create visual and written content for internal and external use.
- Support investor relations, business development, and acquisition teams with tailored materials.
- Contribute to key performance outcomes like press coverage, social engagement, and campaign success.
Who You Are
2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Proficient in PR tools such as PR Newswire, Google News Alerts, and MS Office.Experience in digital marketing, including :Email campaigns (preferably Salesforce / Pardot).Digital advertising coordination.Social media strategy and content creation.Website content management.Familiarity with CRM and email marketing best practices.Experience engaging influencers and managing online presence.Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM (preferred).Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Trello.Additional Details
