Summary

As the VP of Enterprise Data Strategy, you will be a strategic leader responsible for transforming data into a core business asset that drives competitive advantage. You will champion the evolution of Belden's data culture, strategy, and capabilities, moving beyond traditional data management to a modern, agile, and value-oriented approach. Reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy and Transformation, you will architect a future-state data ecosystem, fostering a "data-as-a-product" mindset and enabling advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven business outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $180,000 - $267,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.
