As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail and mall environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols within the location.

Communicate observed concerns or incidents to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.

Assist customers, visitors, and tenants by providing information and directions within the retail or mall location.

Support access control procedures and enforce site-specific policies as directed by the client or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
