We are currently seeking a Relocation Consultant to join our Inside Sales and Customer Service team in Raleigh, NC. This individual will be responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries, qualifying and educating prospective customers, setting appointments, and providing outstanding customer support throughout the moving process. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to grow within the company and contribute to our continued success in the relocation industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond promptly to leads from various channels (phone, website, corporate call center) for both Raleigh and Greensboro locations.
Follow up on inquiries to convert leads into appointments or direct sales.Sales & Customer Consultation :Educate prospective customers about the moving industry, company services, and the relocation process.
Sell smaller local, long-distance, and international moves directly over the phone.Qualify leads and schedule in-home or virtual appointments for our outside Relocation Consultants.Customer Relationship Management :Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with potential and current customers.
Assist the customer service team with follow-up outreach and post-move satisfaction.Marketing Support :Monitor and manage real estate listings to identify marketing and lead generation opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with sales goals.Reporting & Quality Assurance :Maintain internal quality rankings and track key performance metrics.
Compile and analyze reports to assist with performance evaluations and process improvements.Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented and results-driven with a proactive attitude.Comfortable with phone-based communication and CRM systems.Experience or knowledge of the moving and storage industry is a plus but not required — training will be provided to the right candidate.
