Overview : The Advanced Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of a physician practice. This individual oversees various administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice. They are responsible for managing caregivers, financial activities, patient relations, and regulatory compliance.

Scope : Scope of influence and complexity of role may be defined by factors, including but not limited to :

• Expanded span of control of providers
• Expanded span of control of direct and indirect reports
• Location and geographical distance of practice(s)
• Leadership specific criteria

Qualifications :

Experience : 3 years of healthcare or supervisory experience, unless preferred education is met. Required Education : High school diploma or GED equivalent. Education may be considered in lieu of experience. Preferred Education : Bachelor's degree.
