Experienced Attorney - Entity Formation

We handle a range of legal matters and are seeking a talented attorney to help grow our Entity Formation practice with the potential to expand into Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration work.

• Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced attorney with at least 5 years of experience in entity formation to join our team. Experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration is a strong plus. This is a hybrid position—our team collaborates in-office on set days while allowing flexibility for remote work on others.

• Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on entity selection, formation, structuring, and compliance for businesses and organizations.
• Draft and review operating agreements, governing documents, and related corporate materials.
• Provide counsel on estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters where applicable.
• Independently manage cases, including client communications, document preparation, and filings.
• Partner with the Von Rock Law team to ensure excellent client service and seamless project delivery.
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in California.
• 5+ years of experience in entity formation or closely related practice areas.
• Experience with estate planning, probate, or trust administration preferred, but not required.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
