Director of Real Estate

We're working on a Director of Real Estate opportunity with a growing franchisee.

A couple of highlights about the group / opportunity :

• Active across the US with over 500 locations.
• This person would report directly to the Chief Development Officer and be responsible for the expansion of one of their brands in the Atlanta Metro area.
• Responsible for 10-15 deals a year (land purchase and ground lease).
• Person needs to be based within an hour of Metro ATL.
