Customer Care Representative (In-Person)

Our client is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives.  This position is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, assisting with the order or shipping process, and promoting the company products and services.  The ideal candidate will have a service centric mindset, attention to detail, time efficient and remain calm under pressure.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Some college education preferred
• Minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience
• Passion for music and some experience with musical instruments preferred
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using CRM systems, email, and other relevant software applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
