Position Summary :

Tetra Tech Inc. is seeking a Structural Inspectors to perform building inspections ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. The ICC Certified Inspector will conduct thorough site inspections, identify code violations, and collaborate with project teams to uphold safety and regulatory requirements.

Essential Job Functions :

• Conduct inspections of buildings, structures, and construction sites in accordance with International Code Council (ICC) standards and local building codes.
• Identify and document code violations and non-compliance issues.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly to contractors, developers, and project managers.
• Collaborate with project teams and regulatory agencies to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of inspections and compliance status.
• Stay current with updates to ICC codes, building regulations, and industry best practices.
