Viant Medical is seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our Fort Wayne manufacturing team. As a CNC Swiss Machinist, you’ll play a key role in producing precision medical components that support life-saving technologies. Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss lathes with minimal assistance
• Perform tooling changes and maintain dimensional integrity throughout production
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and vision systems to ensure conformance
• Deburr, buff, or sand parts to meet print specifications
• Complete all operational documentation accurately and maintain traceability
• Troubleshoot equipment and correct issues independently
• Perform preventative maintenance and uphold 5S principles daily
• Support other machinists and assist with training as needed
• Operate multiple machines and manage production throughput effectively
