About the Opportunity

Immediate need for an associate to join its Corporate Practice Group.Qualified candidates should have 5-6 years of large law firm experience working on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions transactions , joint ventures as well as general corporate and governance matters.

Additionally, candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, superior academic background, and a desire for team-work, significant responsibility and client interaction.
