Key Responsibilities
- V93000 Test Solutions : Develop and implement advanced high-performance digital test solutions using the V93000 platform.
- Test Program Development : Create, debug, and optimize V93000 test programs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Customer Collaboration : Partner closely with customer engineering teams to apply best practices and deliver complete, high-quality solutions.
- Project Management : Handle multiple projects and changing customer priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications
58+ years of experience in electrical testing of SoC integrated circuitsAdvanced expertise with the ATE V93000 (digital) platformStrong understanding of digital ATE testing techniquesProficient in Linux / UNIX environmentsSkilled in C++, Java , and object-oriented programmingExperience with Perl or Python scriptingExcellent presentation and communication skillsSelf-disciplined, proactive, and highly motivatedBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldPreferred Skills
System-Level Testing : Familiarity with system-level validation of semiconductor devicesATE Hardware Interface Design : Understanding of DUT interface hardware design, schematic capture, and PCB layout
