Job descriptionPrepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers. Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare estimated needs. Date all food containers and rotate as per Crescent standards; maintain proper temperatures for perishables. Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line setup; note out-of-stock items or possible shortages; assist in keeping buffet stocked. Return unused food items to designated storage areas, ensuring cover / date for perishables. Assist in planning actions to correct food cost problems and control food waste, loss and usage per Crescent standards. Operate, maintain and clean dish pit, deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer and flat top grill. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work scheduled shifts. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Must be able to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Good communication with guests. Willing to pitch in and help coworkers. Team player. Finger / hand dexterity to operate food machinery. Ability to grasp, lift and / or carry up to 100 lbs on a continuous schedule. Food Handler certification At least six months of experience in a similar position Six months or more in kitchen experience High School (Required) Required

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic and experienced Line Cook for the 2025 / 2026 winter season.
Compensation : $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
