• Additional Information: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling and support to individuals, particularly those with disabilities. This role involves conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques. The LCSW will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  - State of Florida LCSW/LMHC REQUIRED
  - Master's degree in social work from an accredited college
  - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  - Ability to see all ages
