As a Registered Dietitian, you will provide evidence-based nutritional counseling, create customized meal plans, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to support patients in achieving their health goals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one patient assessments and consultations.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on medical history and patient goals.
• Educate patients on proper nutrition, meal planning, and lifestyle changes.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic initiatives for improved patient engagement.
