Senior Director, Digital Product Integration Lead

The Senior Director, Digital Product Integration Lead will set the overall vision, outline a pragmatic approach, and lead a matrixed team to integrate Quest with external best of breed applications to create differentiated, seamless user experiences which drive business value associated with all order to cash client, payer, and patient related domains. In addition, this role will be responsible for identifying and unlocking new opportunities that create value beyond initial forecasts. To help ensure success, the role will be responsible for deploying proper change management efforts and tactics to drive adoption of digital solutions within the business and with external stakeholders.

This role is an individual contributor and will need to work with cross functional teams in a highly collaborative manner, providing leadership expertise without formal people management. The Senior Director will also help to establish the organizational model for the product team who will own the post-integration application partnerships and KPIs.

Building key forums to refine problem statements, determine solutions, drive decision making, and measure success will be critical in the following areas :

This position must be located (hybrid) at one of the following sites : Secaucus, NJ; Wood Dale, IL; Schaumburg, IL.

Pay Range : $210,000 - $250,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
