Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In Escondido, CA, a unique opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across two K-12 school locations. This contract position for the 2025-2026 school year involves working directly with a diverse K-6th grade caseload, delivering essential speech and language services to enhance student learning and communication.

Qualifications :

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Educator License for school-based practice
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Proficiency in teletherapy practices is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Location :

  • Escondido, California, serving at two K-12 school facilities
  • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
