Senior Process Engineer (Chemical Manufacturing - High-Calcium Lime Products)

Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global supplier of high-calcium lime products and technical solutions. They sell to Fortune 500 clients such as Frito Lay and Pepsi. Join a team that operates the largest lime facility in the Americas and mines some of the purest limestone reserves in the world.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Propose and implement projects to improve production and sustainability
  • Conduct safety walkarounds, audits, and complete related paperwork
  • Evaluate kiln performance and address bottlenecks
  • Monitor control room computer systems and handle downtime requests
  • Program and maintain production preventative maintenance
  • Manage capital equipment requests

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in computer and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with kiln operations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of MSHA compliance and regulations
  • Familiarity with process improvements and preventative / corrective maintenance
