Job Responsibilities

• Tailor Personalized Treatment Plans : Assess individual needs and create customized therapy strategies to help patients achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies : Utilize evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Teach Patients and Their Families : Provide education on therapeutic techniques to support ongoing recovery and self-management at home.
• Track and Document Progress : Regularly monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans to ensure patients remain on their recovery path.
