We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrative Assistant to support payroll operations. This on-site role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting audits, managing communications, and assisting with general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve, sort, and delegate incoming mail and correspondence
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to basic-level inquiries professionally and promptly
- Provide administrative support for internal and external audits
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the payroll team
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of office experience, with at least 1 year of exposure to Human ResourcesWorking computer knowledge and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong communication skills-both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teamsA growth mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processesMust be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPayroll knowledge is a plus, but not requiredAdditional Information
