Pay Range : $26.00-30.00 / hour

Duration : 2-months

Overview :

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lease Administration Specialist to join their commercial real estate accounting team. This role is responsible for reviewing lease abstractions from our offshore team, ensuring accurate lease data, and supporting lease administration processes using MRI Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lease terms, nancial reporting, and system workows, with proven experience in MRI.

Key Responsibilities :

Lease Setup & Maintenance

• Review lease abstracts and data entered into MRI for accuracy and completeness against all lease provisions
• Audit and validate lease agreements, including : Rent changes, Lease options, Late fee provisions, FASB 13 (Straight Line Rent) setup, Sales requirements and percentage rent terms, Co-tenancy clauses and modication
