at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino, CA. Position Highlights

Location : St. Bernardine Medical Center | San Bernardino, CA
Facility Size : 427-bed facility | 10 ORs + 2 OB suites | Level II
Schedule Options : 10s, 12s, 24s | Shifts : 7 AM–5 PM or 7 AM–7 PM
Practice Model : MDs work their own cases alongside CRNAs in a collaborative model
Case Volume : 7,388 annual cases + 1055 births / year (~100 deliveries / month)
Case Mix : Ortho, General Surgery, OB / GYN, ENT, Urology, and more
No Trauma or Transplant
Call : 1–2 calls per week | post-call day off
Optional shifts available at Community Hospital of San Bernardino

Candidate Requirements

Active CA medical license (or eligibility)

DEA, State CDS certifications

Board Certified in Anesthesiology

BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary : $577,149

PTO : 7 weeks

Relocation Allowance : $10,000

Commencement Bonus : $20,000
