We’re looking for someone who will :

• Onboard new ministries and clients from start to finish with oversight from a Manager.
• Oversee ministry engagements while actively participating in the accounting functions.
• Collaborate with Associate Accountants assigned to your ministries to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are being met.
• Maintain accurate financial records with supporting reconciliations.
• Review and recommend changes to the accounting system and procedures.
• Develop, document and / or refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for each ministry
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
• Hold ongoing meetings with assigned ministries.
