Technical Lead

Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Lead for a contract position with our healthcare services client. This will be a remote opportunity. Compensation : $85.00 - $100.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Overview : We are seeking a Lead Application Architect / Technical Leader to guide technical strategy and execution across multiple initiatives. This role requires someone who can bridge business and technology, lead teams, and drive solutions that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and adaptable—able to juggle priorities, delegate effectively, and contribute technically when needed. Key Responsibilities : Lead technical discussions and client-facing meetings, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Drive resolution of complex technical problems, connecting them back to the core business challenges. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape effective technical solutions. Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment on standards and solution design. Act as a hands-on contributor, developing and coding where needed. Break down requirements into actionable stories, delegate tasks, and manage delivery velocity across the development team. Balance multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes. Provide technical leadership while fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Required Technical Skills : Legacy systems expertise : iSeries, Robot, RPG, Axway. Cloud platforms : Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS. Full-stack Java development : Strong backend experience with Spring (must-have) and working knowledge of React for front end. Python development experience. Desired Qualities : Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills. Willingness to take on diverse tasks and "do what it takes” to deliver. Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus on business outcomes. Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
