Overview

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts.

In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP is here to support you and your goals with continuous sales training and the latest technology to set you up for success as you manage your book of business.

You'll spend most of your time doing what you do best selling in the field, while documenting and managing multiple sales cycles from prospecting to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Sell cloud-based human resources solutions and manage multiple sales cycles from prospecting through implementation.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to win new business and reach sales goals.
  • Grow existing accounts by expanding relationships within the ADP family.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients, internal partners, and network, upholding high ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive self-starter with ability to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone.
  • Confident and fearless; embraces opportunities and challenges the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; resilient under pressure and capable of bouncing back.
  • Trusted advisor with strong relationship-building and integrity.
  • A college degree is not required; relevant experience can compensate :

  • Two+ years of quota-carrying outside B2B sales experience
  • Three+ years in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales
  • Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building
  • Preferred : ability to build a network and use social media for sales.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Base salary range : USD $56,100.00 - $121,500.00 per year. Actual compensation will comply with minimum wage / exempt requirements. Some roles may include bonuses, equity, or commissions.
