We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious student to join our Product Management team for Summer 2026! As a Product Management Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience shaping Ingredion's product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions.

This internship offers a unique chance to learn from experienced product leaders, explore Ingredion's product lines and manufacturing capacities, and contribute meaningfully to our business. You'll play a key role in improving communication and developing tools that help navigate today's fast-paced supply challenges while enhancing customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Provide solutions to supply challenges arising from various manufacturing facilities.
• Support the commercial team in identifying the best possible response to customer requests, including material selection, supply sourcing, quality recommendations and logistics arrangements.
• Develop formal tools to help the sales team make effective decisions (e.g., sourcing, pricing, alternative materials).
• Streamline communication with Customer Service to ensure the most up-to-date information is available for decision-making.
• Utilize analytical tools to track customer's takeaway and analyze expected demand for future months.
• Aide in decision-making process for order / material prioritization
• Project-related work as required (e.g., resource tool of customers' acceptance for various products, some sort of overall sourcing map (what products are produced / stored where), etc.)

Pay Range : $20-22 / hour

This pay rate is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
