Aerospace Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled 2nd Shift Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our team at a military and defense facility located in the Santa Ana / Costa Mesa area. The position requires candidates to initially train on the first shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift, which operates from 3 PM to 11 : 30 PM. This role offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience, with overtime opportunities available during weekdays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and / or electrical assemblies in a manufacturing setting, preferably in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries.
• Utilize common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, test boxes, or specialized test equipment.
• Operate computer applications including standard browsers and word processing tools.
• Understand and work with common electrical components.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions accurately.
• Adapt rapidly to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with engineering and production teams.
• Participate in overtime and weekend shifts as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00 / hr.
