About The Position

Responsibilities :

Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities.

Monitor patient progress and report observations and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and mobility techniques.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment sessions.

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

ualifications :

Education : Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Licensure : Active state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

Experience : [1–2] years preferred; new graduates are welcome.

Skills : Strong communication, observation, and patient-care skills.

Technical Skills : Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
