Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture precision components. They will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all parts meet our strict quality standards. Responsibilities: Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components. Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machine setup and production methods. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Performing routine machine maintenance and repair. Troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality. Complying with all safety rules and regulations. Keeping work area clean and organized. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date production records. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC machinist/programmer in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in blueprint reading and machine programming. Experience in equipment maintenance and repair. Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects. High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
