Job description

JOB Title : Nurse Practitioner (In-home Visits)

Locations : Ocala, FL, Citrus, FL & Marion County, FL

Shifts : 9AM - 5PM

Relocation Bonus Provided

Responsibilities :

Provide primary care to Geriatric Patients.
Perform physical examinations and assessments.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.
Provide geriatric care, including long-term care planning.

Qualifications :

Must hold Master's in Nursing

Active NP license in FL or willing to obtain

Active DEA, CPR & BLS Certifications

Minimum 2 years of experience required
