Responsibilities

• Administer payroll and employee benefits, including health and welfare programs, leave management, and open enrollment
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair, compliant resolutions
• Lead recruitment efforts including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and exit interviews
• Support annual affirmative action planning and compliance with ITAR and employment laws
• Maintain HRIS records, prepare reports, and assist with compensation cycle activities
• Develop and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
• Coordinate performance management programs and cross-functional employee training
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address HR-related issues and drive process improvements

Qualifications

Pay

$55,000 – $75,000 Per Year

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
