VFX coordinator

Stargate Studios is currently looking for a motivated freelance coordinator to join our visual effects team in South Pasadena. You’ll help support upcoming television series, feature films, and commercials.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the visual effects Producers
• Coordinate inquiries and needs from other departments
• Attend VFX reviews and assist with note taking, follow-up, etc
• Manage shared documents within the greater team
• Communicate directly with clients
• Organize, quality check, and deliver files to clients
• Assist productions on all needs

Requirements

1 to 2 years of coordinator experience (VFX experience preferred)
