What You'll Do : Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the hotel and resort environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and provide a visible Allied Universal presence. Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Communicate and report incidents, maintenance needs, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel and / or authorities as required. Support site operations by assisting guests and staff with inquiries and directions, maintaining professionalism at all times. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
