Required : Licensed to practice as a physician in the State, and board certified or board eligible and Required : Drug Enforcement Admin Federal Number and Required : Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Required within 30 Days : Basic Life Support or Required within 30 Days : Advanced Cardiac Life Support or Required within 30 Days : Pediatric Advanced Life Support

We seek a BC / BE OB / GYN to join a collaborative team environment that supports a work and home life balance.
St. John Medical Center is a 346-bed Level III trauma center in Longview, Washington (an hour north of Portland, Oregon and a community of 54,000 and a catchment area of 120,000).
