Job Purpose

We're looking for a people person who can navigate spreadsheets to join our recruiting team in Mebane, NC. In this role, you'll meet hundreds of people who want to join our winning team at Sports Endeavors. We need you to help us select the best of the best. You will hold individual and group interviews, call candidates, and participate in job fairs. This is an opportunity to grow your interviewing skills and learn more about onboarding talent. Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Team in recruiting a pool of applicants for open entry-level positions utilizing a variety of resources in the local community, social media, and educational institutions.
• Utilize applicant tracking tools to perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner.
• Scan, sort, and screen applicants within our Applicant Tracking system based on skill sets.
• Conduct multiple interviews daily to staff open requisitions for our entry-level recruiting.
• Assist with various tasks as needed to support Human Resources and / or other departments throughout our peak hiring season (March-October).
