Key Responsibilities

Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions

Offers legal counsel to business clients and coordinates with legal teams

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree

Active membership in good standing with the state bar

Experience in handling bodily injury and property damage cases

Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with legal teams

Knowledge of current laws and regulations relevant to the role
