The Role :
The Compensation Analyst supports the Authoritys total compensation and performance programs by preparing job descriptions evaluating base pay for new and existing roles and recommending decisions aligned with the Authoritys compensation philosophy. This role makes recommendations to enhance total rewards and ensure pay practices and performance systems are fair competitive and aligned with the Authoritys vision mission and values.

Manage Compensation Strategy and Structure
- Write and revise job descriptions using standard templates and tools. Make recommendations to improve templates and tools as needed. Determine job grades using internal and external data.
 - Review and recommend pay for job offers. Implement and participate in the planning of annual pay increases and market adjustments.
 - Assist with compensation-related projects including implementation of bargaining agreements and other Authority-wide initiatives.
 - Maintain accurate compensation classification and performance data in HR systems to support consistency and legal compliance.
 - Collect market and internal data conduct pay analyses and prepare reports for leadership decision-making.
 
Performance Management and Support
Administer monthly bargaining unit evaluations annual performance reviews and related processes. Track outcomes and recommend improvements.Support managers and Ambassadors by explaining pay and performance policies answering questions and ensuring programs are understood and applied consistently.What Were Looking For :
