About the role As a member of the Skiff Design team, you'll shape products that are honest and provide real benefit to real people. You'll work closely with our engineering and growth teams to create prototypes, design high-fidelity interfaces, and ship delightful new features. About you

Strong portfolio showcasing your product design work, including user interfaces, interactions, and design systems.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

Experience working with a design system and shipping products to market.

Ability to prototype and think through complex interaction design problems.

Experience with design systems, programming, and using technical tools.

Responsibilities Create intuitive and delightful user experiences for Skiff.

Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company.

Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high quality.

Work closely with engineers and the growth team to ensure a high-quality implementation.

Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring high visual craftsmanship and quality in all shipped features.
