Title : Physical Therapist (Outpatient – General / Orthopaedic)

Location : Vernon, CT

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 AM – 04 : 30 PM)

Job Responsibilities :

Deliver outpatient physical therapy services across orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

Treat adult and geriatric patients; productivity expectation : 1 patient every 30 minutes (evaluations count as 2).

Provide patient and family education on therapy plans and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech system.

Participate in weekend rotation (2 weekend days per month).

No call responsibilities.

Requirements :

Active State PT License

BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of experience

Travel experience preferred (first-time travelers may be considered).
