Job Summary / Basic Function

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to manage the organization's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with nonprofit accounting standards.

• Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks (Online or Desktop).
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.
• Record income, expenses, and journal entries for multiple grants and programs.
• Prepare financial reports for board meetings, funders, and audits.
• Track restricted and unrestricted funds.
• Assist with budgeting and grant reimbursement documentation.
