Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions

Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings

Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels

Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)

Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills

Work independently while handling a heavy caseload

At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney

Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations

7 - 10 years of experience as a litigation attorney for business, construction, or real estate litigationAt least 10 jury trials as first chair or leading attorneyAbout CompanyOur Law Firm is helping business owners be engines of community growth in Houston!
