• 24 hour call coverage.
• CNM on first call.
• Practice Settings : Inpatient.
• Call Type : 2nd call / Backup.
• Required Specialty Skills : Routine delivery, Surgical gynecology.
• Preferred Specialty Skills : Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST / CST / FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Level I / Screening (viability), Level II / Targeted (anatomic), Amniocentesis, Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery (C-section, C-section, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office / minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc., Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic / minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative / major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's, Laser certification.
• What are the average number of deliveries per year : 1,590.
• Fellowship : Preferred.
• Licensed in PA or IMLC.
• Level 1 Trauma.
• EMR : Epic.
• Credentialing : 5 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
