Automation Personnel Services is hiring a skilled and dependable Standard Forklift Operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Dalton, GA. Pay Rate : $18-$19 per hour

Schedule and Hours :

Day : 8AM-8PM swing shift

Night : 8PM-8AM swing shift

Standard Forklift Operator Job Title Duties and Responsibilities :

• Must have 5 years of experience
• Load, unload, move, and stack products, pallets, or materials within the warehouse or onto trucks.
• Inspect forklifts daily and perform basic maintenance checks (fuel, oil, battery, tires, etc.).
• Scan and record inventory movement using barcode scanners.
• Keep aisles, shelves, and storage areas organized and hazard-free.
• Maintain clean work areas, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Operate forklifts at safe speeds and follow traffic management guidelines.
• Report equipment malfunctions, accidents, or safety hazards immediately.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.

Standard Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements :

Job Type : Full-time, temporary

Benefits : Weekly Pay, Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours, 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
