LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Maine!

Pay Information

$230 to $250 per hour

About The Position

Role Highlights

GYN-Centered Practice Focus

Routine GYN exams and procedures, including :

Endometrial ablation

IUD insertion / removal

Menopausal care

Urinary incontinence evaluation

Failed medical management

Call & Clinic Balance

2nd call most days (CNMs handle 1st call)

~120 births annually; OB consult only for complications

Team Collaboration

Small, dedicated OB / GYN team

Supported by FM / OBs and certified nurse midwives (CNMs)

Practice Setting

25-bed critical access hospital

Low-volume, high-quality, relationship-driven care environment

Job Requirements

✅  Requirements

Board Certification in OB / GYN  –  Required

Active Maine License or IMLC  –  Preferred

Ability and willingness to perform key GYN procedures –  Required
