Base Pay Range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Location: Nashua, NH (on‑site).

The Role

LED Lighting Supply is looking for a Content Marketer who writes with a rigorous process and thinks with data, and works with an experimentation mindset. You will own the research, writing, editing, and optimization of new and existing content that drives our inbound growth.

This role requires someone who understands how SEO shapes content writing, leverages AI tools to accelerate research and early drafting, and continuously tests and refines content based on performance insights and data. Content will be written with three audiences in mind: customers, search engines, and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content ranging from product data, category level data, blog content, first‑party research reports and other top‑to‑bottom funnel topical areas.
• Structure content with SEO best practices (intent, hierarchy, internal linking, metadata).
• Use AI tools to improve research velocity, ideation, clustering, and early‑draft creation, as well as improve and update existing content.
• Be able to consistently write in our branded voice across all content types.
• Analyze content performance and propose data‑backed improvements.
• Update and improve existing content to increase rankings, engagement, & conversions.
• Run content experiments to improve headlines, intros, structure, CTAs, and content formats to ensure optimal pickup by search engines and LLMs.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of content marketing, writing, or copywriting experience.
• Proven ability to produce clear, accurate, structured writing.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on‑page optimization including the concepts of EEAT, YMYL and how it applies to content.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance, not replace, the writing process.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.
• Ability to work on‑site availability in Nashua, NH.
