Role Overview :

At Brigit, our Data Science team has been dramatically scaling their impact. We're aiming to integrate new models across several product domains over the next year and we continue to iterate and optimize in the areas of credit risk and payments where we already have models deployed. Doing this will require our team to grow, but also will require a more concerted effort in planning and integrating with product teams, understanding their roadmap, and exploring projects that make sense in the context of this. To support this growth, we'd like to hire a motivated Head of Data Science to grow and lead this team to its maximum potential.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $225,000 - $250,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.
